Frozen bulk packed products

Individually separated, bulk packed in a larger freezer/plastic bags placed inside printed cardboard cartons sealed with tape.

Frozen products for retails sale

Vacuum packed in pouches which are inserted into full-colour card wrappers; six wrappers to a cardboard display box. When transferred into a display chiller vacuum packs have an 8 x week best before date.

Frozen products for food service

Vacuum packed in suitable pouches, individually separated, pouches are individually labelled for unit selling.

Storage

Frozen

at -18°C for up to 12 months. After thawing, store at 0 – 5°C and consume within 5 days.

Chilled

vacuum packed, unopened at 0 – 5°C for 8 weeks. After opening, store at 0 – 5°C and consume within 5 days.
